In September 2020 I invited a panel of older women without children to come together to create a discussion for #WorldChildlessWeek for its #AgingWithoutChildren-themed day. It was such an amazing experience, that we've been meeting quarterly since, and December 2022's Solstice Session was our ninth!

The recording is 1hr 30 mins and as I was editing it this morning, I got to drink it all in and there isn't a wasted moment. I feel so blessed to end this challenging year with such nourishing richness, and I hope you enjoy it too, or enjoy it again if you were able to join us live. 

Each session has a theme and this one was 'Renewal', which sparked some incredibly deep, soulful and candid discussions which I invite you to enjoy. You could just lie down on the sofa or bed, play the video and listen because haven’t we all just about had enough of screens for this year?!
